The digital Guest-App from CASABLANCA hotelsoftware is a web application. Via the application, all actions around the stay can be carried out independently by the guest: From pre-check-in to online payment.
Online-Check-in & data transfer
Even before arrival, the guest can enter all guest data via the digital guest app. This enables online check-in.
After the (online) check-in, the guest is able to open the room door independently with their smartphone (directly in the guest app).
For this purpose, interfaces have been established with various locking system partners.
This way, the smartphone simply becomes the digital room key. Of course, the conventional room card still remains as an alternative.
Digital signature & online registration
The digital registration form can be digitally signed directly in the guest app. This is followed by automatic transmission.
Information & advertising channel
News, information & offers: Extension of the guest app in the modular system by integrating documents and websites.
Billing & direct payment
Online-Check-out: Digital transmission of the invoice and direct payment option by means of various payment modalities.
