What characterises a high-quality gastro grill?
First of all, a gastro grill is characterised by its large dimensions. As standard, our INOX Professional 800 gastro grill has a width of 94 centimetres and a depth of 80 centimetres. The working height is 90 centimetres and the total height is 168 cm.
This size is generally sufficient for private use. Of course, the charcoal grill is also available in larger sizes. This model is particularly popular in the catering trade.
The grilling surface of 66 x 53 cm or 106 x 53 cm, which is available for preparing food, is correspondingly large. The grill grate is height-adjustable thanks to a practical wheel. This means that it can be used by people of different heights without much effort.
The ash drawer is located under the grill grate. Underneath, behind a double door, there is sufficient storage space for many other accessories. This gives you quick access to the items.
Another advantage of the charcoal barbecue is the material used. The barbecue is made of stainless steel. This makes it suitable for outdoor use and all weather conditions. However, it can also be used indoors if precautions are taken to ensure that the flue gases are extracted. The weight also says enough about the quality. The smaller model weighs 160 kg, the larger barbecue 225 kg.
