For over 150 years, the family-owned Hotel Schweizerhof Basel, which has been in operation for four generations, has been offering its guests pure comfort in an optimal location. Situated amidst the picturesque backdrop of Basel, the hotel has long held a reputation for top-notch hospitality and elegance. However, in its historical setting, modern interior design is also intended to create the perfect blend of history and modernity. With the addition of nearly 200 chairs from the furniture designers at '1000 Tische & Stühle,' the hotel rooms undergo a refreshing transformation. The so-called 'Piu Bella' furniture series seamlessly integrates into the upscale ambiance, adding modern elegance to each room without compromising on comfort. The decision to select this particular chair series was made in collaboration with Hotel Director Füglister, the hotel owners, and Vienna-based expert Alexander Krausz. These chairs not only impressed with their design language but also with their exceptional seating comfort. As a result, an interior was created for the renowned Schweizerhof that combines elegance, durability, and comfort.
