With our Classic SWISS PEELER, peeling is not only easy and fast – it’s also great fun! The ultra-sharp, flexible stainless steel blade moulds itself to the shape of whatever fruit or veg you’re cutting.
The ultra-sharp blade of our asparagus peeler slides easily and safely along the spears – peeling them thoroughly yet thinly to preserve as much of this fine delicacy as possible.
If you’re aiming for fine, decorative strips of fruit or veg, our julienne peeler is just what you’re looking for. It adds the perfect finishing touches to salads, soups, Asian dishes and elegant desserts.
Our soft skin peeler is ideal for thin-skinned fruit and veg such as tomatoes, bell peppers, mangos and kiwis. The finely serrated blade grips smooth and soft peel securely to peel the fruit with ease.
What do all Kisag peelers have in common? All of them have flexible blades and are ergonomically designed for left-handers and right-handers. The integrated potato eyer removes blemishes and potato eyes quickly and easily.
Kisag artisan peeler: because sustainability begins at home
The Artisan peeler is made from 93 % beech, which comes from sustainable forestry. In combination with natural wax and glucose, the organic peeler is finished so that its functionality is not inferior to conventional peelers in any way.
The only difference: the Artisan peeler can last for years and, once its stainless-steel blade has been removed, can be thrown away along with the household waste. As it does not contain any fossil fuels, it burns on a carbon-neutral basis. The stainless-steel blade can be disposed of for waste metal recycling.
