Lü's Bio Rösterei: Organic coffee in premium quality

We are a small, innovative coffee roastery with a focus on premium quality organic coffees. For us, the love of coffee and nature are a key element. Since day one, only coffee beans that have been organically grown have come into our roasting machine. 

The absence of pesticides in cultivation as well as healthy soil thanks to crop rotation ensures that our coffee beans have not only grown into the environment with the greatest care, but also offer unique quality in the cup. We roast our coffee beans with special roasting profiles and much slower than usual. Thanks to the special roasting profile, the coffee is particularly low in acidity. 

The chlorogenic acid is reduced, while the pleasant, fruity notes are still contained in the coffee. The enjoyment experience in the cup is unique thanks to careful selection of green coffee beans and our Slow Roasting Process©.
