In addition to the catering planning and the delivery of all kitchen areas of the outdoor kitchen for the new “BLOOMS” restaurant, Edgar Fuchs Swiss also took over the general planning in this project for the Dolder Grand – in close collaboration with the landscape architect.
The “BLOOMS”, created as an idea based on a sketch on a napkin, was lovingly developed down to the last detail by Edgar Fuchs Swiss: private seating areas create an ambience of relaxed enjoyment, the free-standing outdoor kitchen was carefully integrated into the architecture.
In addition to the specialist catering planning and the delivery of all kitchen areas, Edgar Fuchs also took over the general planning – in close collaboration with the landscape architect. In addition, the overall and construction management and all associated specialist planners and specialists - from the conception of the building technology to the lighting concept to the architecture and design of the restaurant. This resulted in another successful project – comprehensively designed and implemented from a single source.
