Founded in Switzerland in 1986, Nespresso today employs more than 2’400 people in Switzerland, spread over three production centres in Vaud and Fribourg, two administrative offices, 22 boutiques throughout the country and a customer service centre. From roasting to packaging, all the coffee capsules we sell worldwide are produced in Switzerland. And the same is true of our research and development: all our R&D activities are carried out by Swiss experts. This is also part of being a responsible company.
