Masterclass: Energy-saving measures for hotels and restaurants without investments

Energy efficiency is increasingly becoming a key factor for success in the hospitality industry. Saving electricity not only makes ecological sense, but is also economical. To minimise costs, companies should first use the easiest savings potentials.

In order to successfully implement energy-saving measures, well-informed and committed employees are needed in addition to knowledge about economical use. In our EcoGastro Masterclass, participants first get an introduction to the basics of energy in the hospitality industry and discover ways to save energy through optimised equipment use. Then we present our new tool, EcoGastro.Train. This enables hotel and catering staff to independently search for energy saving potentials in their respective businesses. Guided by their smartphone, they can record their ideas for saving electricity, which are then made available to the management. In the workshop, participants also have the opportunity to try out EcoGastro.Train for themselves.

  • Participation in the masterclass is free of charge.
