Our powders work particularly well with chocolate, cocoa butter or other fat-containing mixtures, as well as with doughs where the moisture ratio is very sensitive.
The powder assortment includes seven color-intensive variations. In order to create additional shades, you can mix the fat-soluble powders with each other.
