You will encounter the Belgian coast and crab fishermen, the Dierendonck butcher's, a beer hike, exciting catering concepts and a tasting session in a brewery. The trip takes place from 29 September to 2 October 2024 - travelling in a comfortable coach from several locations in Switzerland. The trip will be accompanied by GastroJournal editor-in-chief Reto E. Wild, who has already travelled to the region several times.
