Twenty years ago, knife specialist Michael Bach founded CeCo ltd, whose import of Japanese ceramic knives and especially Kai Damascus steel knives laid the foundation for today's success.
Another important milestone is the long-standing commitment to the Swiss junior and national culinary teams. The constant exchange with top chefs has now resulted in over 1’000 products.
