Basel hosted the Galbani Pizzaioli Masters Meeting at the end of October. At Manifattura, the winners of the 3rd Galbani Switzerland Pizza Championship treated customers with their winning pizzas. The highlight of the evening was the acrobatic pizzaioli show with world champion Giorgio Nazir.
The Pizzeria Manifattura in Basel hosted the Galbani Pizzaioli Master Meeting on October 26.
After a rich, typically Italian aperitif with Galbani cold cuts and cheese specialties, the winners of the 3rd Swiss Pizza Championship Galbani cooked their winning pizza and served it to the lucky customers.
The highlight of the evening was an exciting acrobatics show by acrobatics world champion Giorgio Nazir. He and the Galbani acrobatics team threw the round pizza doughs high into the air, caught them skillfully and performed breathtaking figures.
Galbani would like to thank the host and is already looking forward to the next Swiss Pizza Championships in 2024.
