General
The BEbelt conveyor belt cleaner is simply connected to the BlueEvolution XL+ steam suction system and immediately the conveyor belt is cleaned with dry steam. The mobile BEbelt can be used on different conveyor belts within a short time. In a single step, the conveyor belt is cleaned cleanly and hygienically. In case of heavy incrustations, the hot water module offers the optimal solution. More water can be used to flush and thus loosen stubborn adhesions.
Technical data
The BEbelt can be manufactured up to a cleaning width of 1050mm as well as adapted to the respective conveyor belt on both sides via fine adjustments with millimeter precision. In addition, the stable construction can be adjusted in height. The steam and suction unit of the belt cleaning system can be individually adjusted and moved horizontally in the stainless steel frame. A very innovative feature is that the BEbelt not only cleans belts at the top but can also be installed on conveyor belts from below, even belts with cooling hoods are no problem. It is controlled by a wired remote control. All materials used are food safe.
Application
The BEbelt is used for belt cleaning in chocolate production, bakeries and confectioneries and food processing and also everywhere where conveyor belts are in use.
