Whether with Maison Alain Milliat or with our other partners, who support us in the development of our range of 28gr pots, we share identical values which guide our work. Respect is our philosophy.
- Our entire range (Alain Milliat juice and 28gr Epicur jars) is entirely produced in France.
- All the ingredients in our jams, our condiments and our spread are of European origin.
- Our hazelnut spread is made in the south of France. It is WITHOUT palm oil and the hazelnuts are of Italian origin.
- The best varieties of fruits and vegetables are carefully chosen for our recipes, always favoring sustainable agriculture: Aquitaine tomato, Landes carrot, Bergeron apricot, Mecker raspberry, Sengana strawberry, etc. 84% of fruits are French for which there is a French sector (apples, pears, peaches, apricots, grapes, tomatoes, clementines, etc.). Of these, half are sourced less than 100km from our manufacturing site in Valence (France).
- Our jams are made in a cauldron using a traditional and artisanal method, with a minimum of 60% fruit.
- GMO-free, Color-free, Additive-free, Gluten-free, Vegan Friendly (except for mayonnaise produced with free-range eggs)
- A minimum Consumption Date of 1 year guaranteed (except Mayonnaise, Barbecue sauce and hazelnut spread: 6 months) upon delivery
We act in a responsible and environmentally conscious approach:
Our exotic fruits are transported by boat and not by plane to reduce our carbon impact.
Our citrus fruits are sourced exclusively in the Mediterranean basin.
Our bottles and jars are made from 70% recycled glass.
All our recyclable waste is sorted by us.
Organic waste is converted into compost and then spread with organic fertilizer.
We pay attention to our water consumption and each year reduce the ratio of water consumed per liter of juice produced.
This attention also covers the chemicals used in the cleaning process of premises and equipment on our production sites.
