From orchards to the creation of a French high-end fruit juice house
Grandson and son of farmers, a farmer himself, Alain Milliat began his adventure in 1997 with his first six juices and nectars. Alain chooses 60 establishments at random from the pages of the Relais & Châteaux guide and sends his fruit juices to the sommeliers. Driven by its success with the gourmet restaurants with which we always collaborate, the House is noticed by other chefs, delicatessens and hotel managers. The brand is now present in more than 20 capitals around the world. Even today, Maison Alain Milliat continues to grow without ever compromising its initial desire: to offer sincere and authentic juices for unique tasting moments.
Unique know-how: combining expertise and sensitivity for French and sustainable juices
Through an uncompromising selection of raw materials, Alain sources himself from groups of producers practicing at least sustainable, organic or zero-residue agriculture. His sensitivity allows him to identify an orchard, an exposure, a color, a variety, but above all the optimal maturity which will then allow all the particularities of the selected fruit to be expressed in his juices. The transformation is carried out in Valence in Drôme. These high-end juices and nectars are distributed to fine restaurants but are also intended for luxury hotels and delicatessen boutiques.
