The "Doppia Lievitazione" method, the flagship of our range, is the result of many years of experience: this premium range is the perfect synthesis of the Italian pizza tradition.

The desire to offer an artisan, frozen gourmet pizza has always been the driving force behind the production of our pizzas. Thanks to a long proofing time of 24 hours and a mixture of flours and ancient grains, the dough acquires an excellent consistency, soft and light, typical of the most popular pizzas. 
The handcrafted processing by the experienced hands of our pizzaioli trained in the company itself, gives our pizzas their uniqueness: a professional "alveolatura" (dough structure) with an airy, soft crust. A rich, handmade topping completes a unique product that resembles the traditional taste of a freshly baked pizza from your favourite pizzeria.

We offer our "Doppia Lievitazione" range in the following flavours: 
Margherita Top with delicious Italian mozzarella pearls, Stracciatella from Apulia and 100% Italian cherry tomatoes.
Nduja and Caciocavallo with Nduja-based sauce (typical spicy Calabrian sausage with a soft texture (spreadable), Calabrian Caciocavallo cheese and red onions.
Base Rossa, the pizza base with tomato sauce that can be topped as you like.
